• Hybrid schedule combining telehealth and in-person visits to skilled nursing facilities
• Serve as a regional psychiatric leader supervising nurse practitioners and physician assistants
• Work with medically frail older adult populations in long-term care settings
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, GDR reviews, and crisis consultations
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
• Primary EMR is Athena with integration of PCC and Matrix platforms
• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists encouraged to apply; geriatric fellows welcome
• Hospital-employed position with a growing behavioral health organization in Washington

Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
