Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Weekend Block (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level IV/Surgical NICU environment
• Manage patients with complex diagnoses including CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, and pulmonary hypertension
• Support pre-operative, peri-operative, and post-operative neonatal patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Float to other units as needed to support staffing requirements
• Participate in holiday coverage as required during the contract period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
• Experience in a Level IV or Surgical NICU setting
• Must pass a drug screen and nicotine test — this is a nicotine-free facility with no exceptions
• Flu vaccine is required — no exceptions will be made

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
• Experience managing complex neonatal surgical diagnoses and post-operative care
• Comfort and flexibility with floating to additional units within the facility
