About the Position

Telehealth Nurse Practitioner – MinuteClinic | Fully Remote

Full-Time or Part-Time | Evening Shifts | Multi-State Licensure | Remote

MinuteClinic is seeking  Telehealth Nurse Practitioners  to provide high-quality, evidence-based care through a fully remote technology platform. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced NPs who value flexibility, autonomy, and virtual patient care.

Opportunity Highlights

• Position: Telehealth Nurse Practitioner
• Setting: Fully Remote — never required to report onsite
• Employment: Full-time or part-time
• Positions Available: 5
• Schedule: Sunday–Saturday
• Evening Shifts:
  • 12:00 PM–8:30 PM
  • 1:00 PM–9:30 PM
  • 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
• Shift Flexibility: 4-hour shifts may be available
• Weekends: Every other weekend required
• Holidays: Some holiday coverage required
• Patient Population: Ages 18 months and older
• EMR/EHR: Electronic health record
• Work Environment: 100% remote

Licensure Requirements

Candidates must hold an unrestricted NP license in  at least one  of the following states:

• Florida
• Massachusetts
• Ohio

Additional licensure in the following states is highly desirable:

• Delaware
• Washington, DC
• Kansas
• Kentucky
• Maryland
• Maine
• New Hampshire
• Rhode Island
• Vermont

Candidates must also have the ability and willingness to obtain  multi-state/compact privileges and additional state licenses  as required.

‍⚕️ Responsibilities

As a MinuteClinic Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you will independently provide holistic, evidence-based care, including:

• Evaluating primary care, acute, chronic, and transitional care patients
• Assessing, diagnosing, and managing health conditions
• Providing health education and counseling
• Developing appropriate treatment and disposition plans
• Providing medication management and patient counseling
• Supporting sexual health, STI prevention, contraceptive care, and pregnancy prevention counseling
• Responding to patient care inquiries
• Documenting encounters accurately in the EHR
• Coordinating care with physicians, pharmacists, providers, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Delivering an excellent virtual patient experience
• Working autonomously while collaborating effectively with the broader care team

Requirements

• Master's degree-level  Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Current national board certification
• Active, unrestricted NP license
• Minimum 2 years of medically relevant experience
• BLS certification required
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to practice independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Comfortable working with technology and electronic health records
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• High-speed/broadband internet with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload

BLS must be from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).

• Do you hold an NP license in the state where you are applying?
• Are your RN and APRN licenses in good standing with no current or prior disciplinary actions?
• NPI number
• How much Primary Care experience do you have?
• Which electronic medical systems have you used?
• Do you have any upcoming planned time off?
• Are you currently working with a CVS recruiter on a permanent role?
• Are you open to occasional travel beyond your normal distance for float coverage if necessary?
• Availability for interview
• Availability to start if selected
