Build Complex Custom Machinery

LACO Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician III to build custom vacuum and leak testing systems used by leading aerospace, medical, automotive, and technology companies around the world.

This role is ideal for experienced machine builders and assemblers who enjoy solving mechanical challenges, working independently, and taking ownership of complex projects.

What You'll Do

• Build complex mechanical systems from engineering drawings and BOMs
• Install pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical components
• Troubleshoot assembly and integration challenges
• Ensure equipment meets quality and performance requirements
• Support and mentor less experienced technicians

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of machine building, industrial assembly, fabrication, maintenance, or related experience
• Ability to build and troubleshoot complex equipment independently
• Strong blueprint and drawing interpretation skills
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
