Philly InMovement is a kid's (and sometimes Adult's) gym with locations in both Queen Village
and Bella Vista. Since 2008, InMovement has built a reputation serving children and their
families in the community by providing high-quality Gymnastics & Movement programming
through classes, parties and camps. 

We offer parent/child, preschool and school aged classes, an After School Program, Girls Gymnastics team JO Compulsory Level 3-5 and Xcel Silver, Gold, and Platinum. All InMovement staff are passionate about what we do, genuine and caring people, who all get along and are loyal and supportive to the businesses mission.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Program Manager for our Recreational Gymnastics Program.

Main Responsibilities would include:
⁃ lesson planning for school aged classes
⁃ Curriculum development
⁃ Assessment strategies
⁃ Summer Camp planning
⁃ direct instruction of classes
⁃ overseeing coaching and teaching staff
⁃ Staff scheduling
⁃ Daily Class Rotation scheduling
⁃ maintaining safety
⁃ Liaison between gym and office
⁃ Assisting with any concerns or issues with parents
⁃ Serve as a resource and work closely with our gymnastics team coaches.
⁃ Help ensure smooth operations of the business
⁃ Work closely with the owner on planning and development and be able to support the goals and philosophy of InMovement

Qualified candidates must be team-oriented, organized with basic computer skills, confident, an
initiative taker, a strong leader and communicator, energetic and love working with children. A
minimal of 3+ years gymnastics instruction with the ability to teach a variety of learners using
appropriate instructional styles, plus experience lesson planning and managing others. Prior
experience as a gymnastics program director preferred. Bachelors degree required.

The position requires both teaching and administrative hours.

This is a full-time position. Health insurance available for all full-time employees. 10 days paid
vacation first year, builds with years of employment. Bonuses given for stellar performance.
