Candidates must be passionate about technology, live for amazing customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.About you:Familiar with end-to-end Customer/IT support processes Adjusts easily to new or changing circumstances.A collaborative utility player mentality (low ego) with a proactive sense of curiosityFocuses on achieving results that promote business success.Demonstrate proactive and professional communication skills with all stakeholders and partnersMaintain a professional, adaptable, and respectful mannerProvide high quality service to all users Responsibilities: Own product architecture and collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to set the technical direction and create software that optimizes for business metricsCommunicate technology and product strategy effectively to both internal and external stakeholders and leadershipBuild industry leading enterprise systems that are highly available, intuitive, scalable, and secureProduce highly reliable and performant code with appropriate monitoring and alertingConduct design and code reviews to ensure scalability, performance and alignment with standards and best practicesAnalyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resourcesExperience with automating E2E Consignment and Drop ship Proc workflows with ODMsYour Expertise:Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 5+ years of professional experience building intuitive systems in Java, PHP, C++, or JavaScript technologies, such as ReactJS or AngularJS required MySQL experience5+ years of professional experience working with code bases building micro services, REST APIs, Graph QL requiredExperience with automating E2E Consignment and Drop ship Proc workflows with ODMsProfessional fluency in English requiredNice to Have:5+ years of experience modelling data flows between systems to enable transactional workflows and upstream/downstream integrations preferredMandatory Skills: Fullstack MERN. Experience: 5-8 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
