About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff Manager/Project Management 1 to support an Operating Unit within the Global Mission Solutions BU. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including assisting with the review of project and budget status, resource planning, and facilitating meetings. This role is pivotal in supporting the development and execution of the Operational Unit's Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Strategic Plan, as well as providing high-level strategic advice to senior executives on financial performance, cost optimization, and resource allocation. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in tracking key financial and operational metrics, leading initiatives to improve productivity and financial performance, and ensuring effective internal communication. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree with at least 3 years' of experience, in areas such as U.S. Government contracts, program or project management, business operations, or technical programs. The role requires a strong background in project/program management, business management, or cross-functional team leadership, and experience in analyzing financial performance and developing recommendations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint is essential. A current/active DoD Secret clearance is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and/or SAP access. Preferred qualifications include a PMP or equivalent certification, experience within the company's organizational structures, and CAM certification or experience.
